The tabernacle is set up at Shiloh, and Joshua rebukes the seven tribes still delaying to take their land. He sends men to survey it and describe it in a book, then casts lots before the LORD at Shiloh; the first portion falls to Benjamin, whose towns include Jericho, Bethel, and the edge of Jerusalem.
