Daniel 7

In a night vision, Daniel sees four terrifying beasts rising from the sea — representing successive world empires — climaxing in a boastful “little horn.” Then the scene shifts to heaven, where the Ancient of Days sits in judgment and “one like a son of man” comes with the clouds and is given everlasting dominion, glory, and a kingdom over all peoples. The saints of the Most High, though warred against, will receive and possess the kingdom forever.
