Another interlude: a “mighty angel” descends with “a little scroll” open in his hand, and seven thunders sound. John is told to take and eat the scroll; it is “sweet as honey” in his mouth but “bitter” in his stomach, and he is told, “You must again prophesy about many peoples and nations.”
