A psalm of God’s protecting care for the one who “dwells in the shelter of the Most High,” who will find refuge under His wings from terror, plague, and danger. Because he holds fast to God in love, the LORD promises deliverance, protection, and salvation — verses the tempter later twisted at Jesus.
