Psalms 108

David; praiseA confident song of praise and prayer for victory with God’s help.

A confident psalm (drawn from Psalms 57 and 60) in which David’s heart is steadfast to sing and awaken the dawn, praising God’s steadfast love above the heavens. He prays for victory over enemies, sure that “with God we shall do valiantly.”
