Jesus heals a man’s withered hand on the Sabbath, and the Pharisees begin plotting with the Herodians to destroy Him. Crowds press in from every side as He heals and casts out demons, who cry that He is the Son of God. He appoints twelve apostles to be with Him and to be sent out. When the scribes accuse Him of casting out demons by Beelzebul, He exposes the absurdity of a divided kingdom and warns that blaspheming the Holy Spirit is an eternal sin. His true family, He says, are those who do the will of God.
