Four miracles reveal Elisha as a channel of God’s provision and power. He multiplies a poor widow’s single jar of oil to pay her debts; he promises a barren Shunammite woman a son and later raises that son from death; he renders a pot of poisoned stew harmless; and he feeds a hundred men with twenty loaves, with food left over — a clear anticipation of Jesus.
