A seer rebukes Jehoshaphat for helping the wicked, yet commends the good in him. The king renews his efforts to turn the people back to God, and appoints judges throughout Judah, charging them to judge not for man but for the LORD, “who is with you in giving judgment,” and to act faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of God.
