Revelation 18

The fall of “Babylon the great” is announced with a mighty cry, and God’s people are called, “Come out of her, my people, lest you take part in her sins.” The kings, merchants, and sailors of the earth who grew rich by her mourn her ruin in a single hour, but heaven is called to “rejoice over her,” for “in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints.” Her judgment is complete and final.
