The nations and their kings conspire against the LORD and His Anointed, but God laughs at their rebellion and installs His King on Zion, declaring, “You are my Son.” The psalm warns the rulers of the earth to submit and “kiss the Son,” for blessed are all who take refuge in Him — a foundational messianic psalm.
