Psalms 147

Praise to the LORD who builds up Jerusalem and gathers its outcasts, who “heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds,” yet also numbers the stars and calls them by name. He delights not in strength but in those who fear Him and hope in His steadfast love, and He declares His word to His people.
