Isaiah 40:31 “But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles.”

Comfort for the weary who trust God

Isaiah 53:5 “But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed.”

The Suffering Servant

Isaiah 55:11 “So shall my word be that goes out from my mouth; it shall not return to me empty, but it shall accomplish that which I purpose.”
