A gracious gospel invitation rings out: “Come, everyone who thirsts, come to the waters,” to buy without money the rich food that satisfies. The LORD calls the wicked to forsake their ways and return for abundant pardon, reminds that His thoughts and ways are higher than ours, and promises that His word will not return empty but accomplish His purpose, sending His people out in joy and peace.
